INOXPA Solutions Srl Moldova

INOXPA acquired 66,67% of the Moldavian engineering company "Berhord A&D". The objective is to have an engineering company capable of developing projects and solutions for the countries of the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, thus giving support to the INOXPA sales network in these countries. In addition to its technical function, the new company will also handle the distribution of INOXPA components in Moldova.

Berhord A&D is a company with 30 years of experience. They first started working in the food-processing industry (mostly, wine making), and, in the last 3 years, they have also made some projects for the pharmaceutical sector. Over the years, the company sold skids such as CIP units, metal frames, reactors, water loops, they also performed automation of plants and developed turnkey projects. The company employs 30 professionals in the departments of programming, installation, welding, and production of control panels, technical department (P&ID and 3D models), department of validation and documentation, logistics, sales and administration. 

This acquisition means a step forward for INOXPA in developing a structure of local engineering companies capable of giving support to the local sales networks and adapting skids to each market.
